Civil Engineering Department is designed to meet the needs of the increased activity in the field of construction and renewed interest in infrastructure development. Geo Technical Engg., Irrigation & Environmental Engg. are part of the curriculum offered. By the time students complete this course they will be fully trained to design State of the Art structures, study irrigation problems, handling of waste management, environment problems, water resources etc. It undertakes industrial consultancy works as a part of its interaction with industry.
Department of CSE has been established to provide to the students a golden Career in the field of computer & IT. The main goal of department is to enhance and evolve computer science and computer engineering concepts to build the intellectual capital of our students. The computer laboratories are well equipped to provide Hands on Experience in Software, Hardware and Networking. There is an independent Computer Lab in the department catering to the needs of the department.
Electrical engineering, the discipline that employs the largest number of engineers, covers everything related to electrical devices, systems, and the use of electricity. Contemporary electrical engineering is a broad discipline that encompasses a wide range of activities. A common theme is the use of electricity and electromagnetism for the generation, transmission, processing, storage, conversion, and control of information and energy. An equally important aspect is the human interface and the role of individuals as the sources and recipients of information.
The Department of Mechanical Engineering aims to impart students with the techniques to modernize manufacturing industries with the latest trends in manufacturing, using Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing, Computer Integrated Manufacturing etc. By the end of their Four Year curriculum they will be fully trained to suit the needs of the industry and will also be technically competent to work in different fields of interest.
