So in this context, the top most priority for every individual is to be the part of Career Development Program which not only helps the person grow professionally but also personally. There is a lot to learn before entering into the corporate environment. We at BFGI looking over those challenges and understanding the gap, emphasize on making students aware about the career development and the skill set required to be the part of competitive world.

Department of Training & Placement of BFGI conducts absolutely free of cost certification program in Career Development from April to July not only for students of BFGI but for the entire Malwa region.

Career Development Programme is one of the flagship events of BFGI since it creates opportunities for the students from entire Malwa Region to groom personally, professionally and psychologically. This is indeed a unique stride taken by Baba Farid Group to augment the employability skills of the students & improve their overall personality.

The objective behind this initiative is to convert the people from this region into a pool of professionals. With a prime motive of providing students with a wide range of skills required in corporate world, the students from all the streams ranging from Engineering, Arts, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Management to computers background are included in this program of CDP. The workshops designed for CDP covered the following areas

BFGI leaves no stone unturned to help the students of the Group utilize their summer vacations by providing them absolutely free of cost Certified Career Development Program from the months of April to July.
