Internal Training

BFGIs Department of Training & Placement conducts special Internal Trainings for students which are a comprehensive mix of Soft Skills Training, Pre-Placement Trainingand Motivational Training. These training sessions are explicitly aimed at increasing the employability of students.
We believe that the experience shared in this training really helps to ease the transition of college students into the workplace and be prepared for challenging situations that they may encounter. The department has a dedicated team of around 20 internal trainers who are very dynamic, proficient, experienced & qualified in their respective fields.

Career Development Programme is one of the flagship events of BFGI since it creates opportunities for the students from entire Malwa Region to groom personally, professionally and psychologically. This is indeed a unique stride taken by Baba Farid Group to augment the employability skills of the students & improve their overall personality.

These trainers are set to provide Demand specific Training. The Module is customizable according to the requirements of the students. A need analysis is carried out for each class by the trainers before starting the training sessions for a particular class.

Our training is designed to cater to all three types so that everyone in the audience can absorb the material in their own method. Our trainers use power points, movie clips and educational videos which help the visual learners; the trainers speak about this material and encourage class interaction which helps the auditory learners; and role plays, business cases and exercises help the kinesthetic learners to experience the concepts that are presented.
