The department offers a dynamic space where artistic expression meets learning. Students explore both traditional and modern art forms. The focus is on building originality, precision, and visual understanding.
Students study drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, design, and printmaking. Subjects like cartography, calligraphy, applied art, and art history help them to understand both technique and culture. These courses build observation, creativity, and visual communication.
Practical Exposure & Activities
Students take part in art exhibitions, workshops, murals, and live demos. They contribute to campus art projects and public displays. Outdoor sketching, model drawing, and gallery visits are part of the regular curriculum. We encourage participation in Youth Festivals. Students shine in events like poster-making, clay modeling, collage, and cartooning. These platforms build confidence and creative expression.
