Placement cum Training

It is a very popular saying that All the world is a laboratory to the inquiring mind. But at the same time you cannot wander around to get knowledge and information which will help you in excelling your field. It is very important to find a steady platform where you can attest your skills before entering in this giant corporate world. In todays competitive world, it has become very much important for learners to execute their learning in specifically modeled training program to practically examine their skills and capability. Industrial training is the most important requirement to complete technical as well as management education these days. The project training or industrial training plays an important role in todays professional course curriculum whether it is an MBA, MCA or B-tech degree. Every student doing these courses has to go through this before getting their degree. BFGI has always laid emphasis on overall development of students. Its not only that degrees are going to take students ahead in their careers in today’s competitive world. BFGI is taking swift efforts time and again to provide students with the kind of training which not only helps them get acquainted with the technical skills that industry demands but also the development of soft skills like desirable communication skills and confidence level.

Most of the times the B.Tech students are send for compulsory training in their 7th and 8th semester which they have to get arranged themselves. But BFGI works on the principle of sending its students for the industrial training in the 8th semester to provide them with Placement- cum- Training or On- the -Job Training. Students of engineering are provided trainings with companies who are ready to absorb the students immediately after trainings. BFGI ensures the placements of students before training starts. The companies move these days with the concept of “CATCH THEM YOUNG” which means that in today’s competitive world all employers give preference to have a trained candidate and no company/employer want to lose a candidate to whom they have trained for six months.

BFGI is extending this facility for its students and is first of such kind institution in the region that aims at creating students who are fully employable. The training provided to students is an attempt to make them prepared for challenges coming ahead in dynamic and changing job market scenario. Keeping this in view, BFGIs Department of Training & Placement focuses on:

  • Providing first-hand experience to the prospective employees i.e. students about the things they will be working on in future.
  • Occupational development, upward mobility and confidence building of the students through these trainings.
  • Quality industrial training which gives trainees an opportunity to work in a professional atmosphere without actually being a part of it and under the guidance of a supervisor who will try his best to teach you things which he may not want to teach you being your colleague.
  • Giving an opportunity to talk to lots of people and gather more information & build good interpersonal skills.
